I hereby authorize HONEST. Magazine, to display the photographs that I have provided by way of print reproduction and/or in digital format, in connection with HONEST. Magazine and HONEST. Magazine’s e-mail newsletters. It is my understanding that HONEST. Magazine will determine whether or not to display any or all of the works that I have submitted.

By submitting these photographs to HONEST. Magazine, I authorize that these are original works of art that I personally created. Any photographs sent to HONEST. Magazine are sent with the understanding that any photographs submitted may be published, used or distributed in print, electronic or other media without compensation.

I am releasing HONEST. Magazine and its co-editors from any liability regarding the display of work that I have submitted to them, including any liability for redisplay by individuals making copies of the display made by HONEST. Although all reasonable care will be exercised, HONEST. Magazine cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged artwork.

That being stated, the site will state the following notice:
